Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

I. General Policy

• All purchases are non-refundable.
• Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of purchase.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
• Items will be exchanged at the current selling price.
• Exchanges will only be accommodated against the same product (e.g., size exchange, where applicable) and cannot be used to exchange for a different product or item.

• Contact Customer Support within 10 days of delivery and share your order details and issue.
• Pack the item securely with original labels, tags, and packaging.
